Ashley doesn't talk much about the family members, but her mother, who was a famous bodybuilder during the 20s and 30s was credited with instilling her passion for fitness. Ashley was active physically from an early age. She started taking lessons in swimming at the age of four old and continued to do so for 10 more. It is true that Ashley never was dedicated to a rigorous diet meant she did not participate in a lot events.
